One key aspect that is missing from the article is the controversy that surrounded the choice of location, the destruction of antiquities thereon and the choice of the design. This went to court and raised serious objections from ICOMOS (International Council on Monuments and Sites). Politis 13:05, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
