From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Newton St. Cyres is an English village caught between Crediton and Exeter. Almost destroyed by fire in the early 1960s. Its main interest is its Parish Church dedicated to the martyr St. Cyres. It was built in the fifteenth century. There is a train station here (Newton St Cyres railway station) which is on the Exeter-to-Barnstaple line.
