Newton Centre is a village of Newton, Massachusetts. The main commercial center of "Newton Centre" is at the intersection of Beacon Street and Centre Street. Newton City Hall is located at 1000 Commonwealth Avenue in Newton Centre.

The City of Newton spells the name of the village Newton Centre, in the English manner, which is the historically correct spelling, while the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority ("the T") spells its station Newton Center in the modern American manner.
