Newsru [1] is an online Russian news website. Originally it functioned as NTV's website under a different address. The site remains part of Vladimir Gusinsky's media centre that includes a satellite TV broadcast company RTVi.

Editor in Chief of the website is Yelena Bereznitskaya-Bruni (from 2001). Head office situated in Moscow, Russia.
