Newport, Cornwall

Newport is a small town in Cornwall, England. It is just to the north of Launceston, and is now part of Launceston civil parish.
The Newport constituency elected two members to the Unreformed House of Commons - the Reform Act 1832 abolished this as a rotten borough.
