Newnham is a village and parish in Hampshire, England. It is situated four miles east of Basingstoke, and one mile west of Hook. At the 2001 census it had a population of 513.

Newnham is a civil parish with an elected parish council. Newnham parish falls within the area of Basingstoke and Deane District Council and of Hampshire County Council and all three councils are responsible for different aspects of local government.
