Newham is a small town located in the Shire of Macedon Ranges in Victoria, Australia. It is situated between the towns of Kyneton, Woodend and Lancefield. At the 2006 census, Newham and the surrounding area had a population of 570.[1]

It is close to Hanging Rock and is home to the Hanging Rock Winery which is located on Jim Road on the Jim Jim Hill. The Newham General Store is located on the intersection of Jim Road, Rochford Road, Coach Road and Dons Road. It has a small cafe that gets very busy on weekends from people going to and from the Hanging Rock Winery and Hanging Rock. As of Friday,the 7th of September, the Newham General store will be closing, much to the disappointment of the local community.

Newham also has a fire station, a school, a hall and a park.
