The Newburgh Black Diamonds were an Atlantic League team based in Newburgh, New York. For the 1998 season, they played in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, which is not affiliated with Major League Baseball. Their home stadium was Delano-Hitch Stadium.
After the 1999 season, the Black Diamonds moved to the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania. There they became the Lehigh Valley Black Diamonds, though that location did not come to fruition either. The ballpark in Williams Township, Pennsylvania lost its funding as the Black Diamonds ownership filed for bankruptcy. The Black Diamonds became the traveling Pennsylvania Road Warriors in 2002.
