The New Zealand Under-23 Football Team, colloquially known as the 'Oly-Whites', is the New Zealand Football-controlled representative team for New Zealand in international Under-23 football (soccer) events, such as the Summer Olympics.
The Oly-Whites qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing after winning the OFC Preliminary Competition in Fiji. Beijing will be the first Olympic appearance for a New Zealand men's football team.

The extended squad was announced on 23 April[1], including five over-age players. The final squad of 18 players and four non-traveling reserves will be named in July.
