The New Zealand Under 21's rugby union team is for players aged under 21 as a platform for the All Blacks. The New Zealand Under 21's have joined forces with the New Zealand Under 19's to make the new team New Zealand Under 20's for the all new IRB Junior World Championship. The IRB Junior World Championship is all new for 2008 and its aiming to bring Under 21, and Under 19 teams together

New Zealand Under 21 (formerly Colts) was first selected in 1955 and played annually until 2007. The Under 21's enjoyed great success on the world stage. New Zealand Under 21 were glorious in the world scene, winning SANZAR/UAR tournaments and world titles in:
