New York State Route 424 (also known as NY 424) was a minor north-south thoroughfare in the village of Cassadaga in Chautauqua County. The route started at New York State Route 380 (now CR 380) in Stockton, headed to the northeast, entering the village of Cassadaga. There it terminated at New York State Route 60. The route was transferred to the county in April 1980 as part of a large maintenance swap that year between New York and Chautauqua County. The route was replaced by Chautauqua County Route 58 and expanded southwestward to Hartfield when the route went into effect in August.
