New York State Route 411 is a state highway in northern New York, USA. This highway is an east-west road entirely within Jefferson County.

The western terminus for NY 411 is at New York State Route 180 the community of La Fargeville in the Town of Orleans. The eastern terminus is at New York State Route 37 in the adjacent Town of Theresa just west of the Village of Theresa.

Route 411 begins at an intersection with NY 180 in La Fargeville. Route 411 heads to the northeast for a short distance, passing residential homes and local businesses. The highway heads out of La Fargeville as Plank Road, passing through fields and farmland. Route 411 turns to the southeast afterwards and enters the hamlet of Orleans. The road heads eastward, interchanging with Interstate 81 at Exit 49. Route 411 heads to the northeast after Interstate 81, heading into the village of Theresa, where it terminates at an intersection with New York State Route 26 and New York State Route 37.[2]

By 1935, Route 411 was assigned from New York State Route 26 in Theresa (at County Route 22) to the town of Philadelphia.[3] Between 1964 and 1970, Route 411 was extended westward to Route 180 in La Fargeville. It originally used the current CR 193 and New York State Route 37.[4] [5] By 1981, it was truncated back to its intersection with Route 37 in Theresa, per a 1979 maintenance swap between the state of New York and Jefferson County.[6]

Also, by 1935, the modern routing of Route 411 was assigned as New York State Route 181, which was removed by 1947.[3][7] The route went about 20 years before being redesignated as Route 411.
