New York State Route 385 is a state highway in New York, running from the village of Catskill to the village of Coxsackie in Greene County.
While US 9W takes a direct route north between the two villages, NY 385 heads eastward, providing a view of the Hudson River as it borders it, heading northward, then back westward towards that terminus within Coxsackie.
NY 385 begins in Catskill as West Bridge Street, turning left as Spring Street, leaving town before crossing NY 23. In Athens, it follows Washington Street. In Coxsackie, NY 385 enters as Washington Avenue, turning left on West Mansion Street for its final segment.
