New York State Route 374 is a state highway in the North Country of New York State. The route begins at the Canadian border in the Town of Chateaugay, where it continues north as Route 202, and ends at New York State Route 22 in the Town of Plattsburgh. NY 374 north of US 11 to the border is maintained by Franklin County as CR 52. The entirety of the route within Franklin County is signed north-south.
