After exiting Morton, NY 360 turns south onto Redman Road, then returns east on Church Road. After a short distance, NY 360 turns south onto the west fork of Lake Road. In the hamlet of Hamlin, the west and east forks of Lake Road converge, marking the eastern terminus of NY 360 as NY 19 occupies both the merged Lake Road and the east fork of the split section.
