New York State Route 35 can refer to the following routes:
- New York State Route 35 (mid-1920s), a route from Buffalo to Lakeville via East Aurora on modern NY 16 and U.S. Route 20. It was assigned in the mid-1920s and renumbered to NY 16 and US 20 in 1927.
- New York State Route 35 (1927), a route from Buffalo to Avon routed on what is now US 20. The route was assigned in 1927 and replaced with a rerouted US 20 in the mid-1930s.
- New York State Route 35 (1930s), a route from Mumford to Ontario via Scottsville, Rochester, and Walworth that existed from the mid-1930s to the 1940s, when it was renumbered to NY 383.
- New York State Route 35, the alignment of NY 35 since the 1940s in Westchester County, extending into Connecticut.
