New York State Route 351 is a state highway in New York State. It begins at NY 43 in West Sand Lake and ends at NY 2 in Clums Corner in the town of Poestenkill. It is located entirely within Rensselaer County.

NY 351 begins approximately 2/3 mile east of the West Sand Lake intersection of NY 43 and NY 150. A two-lane highway, it meanders northward, crossing NY 66, then entering the hamlet of Poestenkill at an all-way stop intersection with NY 355 (and the former NY 154), together with CR 40. Continuing northward, NY 351 reaches NY 2 in Clums Corner, near the Tamarac High School (Brunswick Central School District).

NY 351's original alignment was located from NY 408 to NY 436 in Nunda, Livingston County. The former route is now part of NY 70.[2]
