New York State Route 341 was a state highway located in Dutchess County, New York. Known locally as Bog Hollow Road, NY 341 ran from the border with Connecticut to NY 22 (now County Route 81) in the hamlet of Wassaic.
NY 341 was replaced with County Route 3 by the early 1960s.

NY 341 was assigned to a continuation of Connecticut Route 341 between the Connecticut state line and Wassaic by 1946.[2] The route was redesignated as County Route 3 by 1962.[3]
