New York State Route 336 is a short state highway in the Finger Lakes District of New York, USA. The highway is entirely within the Town of Fayette in Seneca County.
NY 336 links New York State Route 96A, west of the community of MacDougall, to New York State Route 414, south of Fayette village. The highway is near the south town line.

Route 336 begins at an intersection with Route 96A just southwest of MacDougall. The highway heads eastward, on flat terrain along Townline Road. The highway intersects with New York State Route 96 as it heads eastward, passing through Fayette. Route 336 terminates at an intersection with New York State Route 414 (Main Street) in Fayette.[3]
