New York State Route 316 is a state highway in New York State. It begins at NY 46 in the City of Oneida and ends at NY 31 in the hamlet of Oneida Valley, located in the Town of Lenox. It is located entirely within Madison County, skirting the Oneida Creek virtually the route's entire length.

Route 316 begins at an intersection with New York State Route 46 and Oneida County Route 63 in Oneida. The road heads to the northwest, passing residential homes as Lake Road. All intersections during Route 316's length are local roads, passing Kanon Valley Country Club. The final intersection is with Oneida Valley Road, before terminating at an intersection with New York State Route 31 in Lenox.[2]
