New York State Route 235 is a state highway in the central part of New York, USA. NY 235 is a north-south road, lying mostly in Chenango County, except that a small length at the south end is in Broome County.

At its north terminus, NY 235 intersects conjoined New York State Route 41 and New York State Route 206 at the community of Coventry in the Town of Coventry. At the south terminus, NY 235 ends at New York State Route 7 in the Town of Colesville, north of Harpursville and Interstate 88.
