New York State Route 230 is a state highway in the Finger Lakes District of New York, USA. NY 230 is an east-west highway between the eastern edge of Steuben County to the interior of adjacent Yates County.
The western terminus of NY 230 is the community of Keuka in Town of Wayne on the edge of Keuka Lake at NY 54. The eastern terminus is at its junction with New York State Route 14A west of the Village of Dundee.

The highway begins at an intersection with NY 54 at Keuka, a hamlet in the Town of Wayne, about eight miles north of Hammondsport. NY 54 runs generally west-southwest to northeast in that area. The intersection is angled such that NY 230 runs south-southwest from the intersection.
It immediately climbs Keuka Hill and loops around until it runs east-west. It turns southeast before crossing into Schuyler County.

NY 230 enters Schuyler County in the Community of Wayne, north of Waneta Lake. The highway continues east for about a mile and a half before turning northeast and crossing into Yates County.

The highway continues to run generally to the northeast until it meets its terminus at NY 14A west of Dundee.

NY 230 was originally assigned in the 1930 renumbering to all of modern County Road 87 from NY 54 near Hammondsport to Wayne as well as to its current alignment from CR 87 in Wayne to NY 14A near Dundee.[2] The route was rerouted on its western end to follow its current alignment to Keuka and extended on its eastern end along NY 14A and Dundee-Lakemont Road to NY 14 east of Dundee by 1938.[3] NY 230 was truncated back to NY 14A west of Dundee within the next decade.[4]
