New York State Route 227 is a state highway in the Finger Lakes District of New York, USA. This highway is an east-west roadway connected to NY 79 at its western end, south of Reynoldsville in Town of Hector. Farther east, NY 227 joins NY 228 in Perry City by the east town line of Hector. In fact, NY 227 straddles the Schuyler-Tompkins county line before splitting of toward the northeast.
