New York State Route 190 is a state highway in northern New York, USA. This is an east-west highway linking eastern Franklin County to eastern Clinton County.
The western terminus is the community of Brainardsville in Bellmont at NY 374. The eastern terminus is in the town of Plattsburgh at NY 3, west of the city of Plattsburgh.
The Route is also known as the Military Turnpike.
