New York State Route 189 is a short state highway located near the northern border of New York, USA. The highway is a north-south road located entirely within the Town of Clinton in Clinton County.
The northern terminus of NY 189 is the border of Quebec in Canada, where it continues on as Route 209. The south terminus is U.S. Route 11 south of the hamlet of Churubusco.
