New York State Route 168 is a state highway in New York, running from the village of Mohawk to the hamlet of Starkville in Herkimer County.

A two-lane highway its entire length, NY 168 begins as Hammond Street in Mohawk. Along its entire route, it either heads southeastward or directly eastward. NY 167 crosses it diagonally in Paines Hollow.
