New York State Route 122 is a state highway in northern New York, USA. This state highway is an east-west route connecting three towns in Franklin County. NY 122 is near the border of Canada.

The west terminus of NY 122 is at the community of Westville Center in the Town of Westville at New York State Route 37. The eastern terminus is at the community of Burke Center in the Town of Burke at U.S. Route 11. Between these two towns, NY 122 crosses the Town of Constable.
