The New York Quarterly is an American poetry magazine.

The New York Quarterly was established in 1969 by William Packard.

Raymond P. Hammond assumed control of the magazine in 2002 after the death of Packard.

The NYQ is known for its Craft Interviews of poets such as W. H. Auden, Anne Sexton, Ted Kooser and Franz Wright.
