New York Noise is an hour-long TV show which airs Saturdays and Sundays at 10:00pm on nyctv (generally channel 25) in New York and parts of New Jersey and Connecticut. It is also viewable on the web.
The program primarily airs indie-rock music videos with an emphasis on music from New York City. Each episode includes roughly 12 music videos, plus band interviews or event features placed between the videos. The features in each episode vary but typically have a humorous & off-beat concept.
New York Noise and its producer/editor, Shirley Braha, were featured in The Village Voice Best of 2006 issue.
