The New York Nemesis are a women's tackle football team playing out of the New York City area. They are a member of the National Women's Football Association (NWFA), a league with over 30 teams across the United States. The Nemesis play in the Northern Conference.

For the 2008 season, the Nemesis will be calling Reinhart Field at SUNY Maritime College in Throggs Neck, NY. They will be playing an 8 game regular season schedule.

The team is owned by nine year women's football veteran Carley Pesente, who is also a ranked professional boxer. She has put together a strong management team led by GM Angela Carter, another veteran to women's football. The team will be led by Head Coach Andrew Goetz, a former CW Post quarterback and a veteran head coach of women's football.
