New Providence Football League

The New Providence Football League is the highest form of football (soccer) on the island of New Providence.

There are also women's leagues in New Providence and Grand Bahama.

After a season's gap, the WFL was formed in New Providence in 2006. The league consisted of Cavalier FC, Strikers, College of the Bahamas and FC Nassau who won the division winning all 9 games convincingly.

Due to logistical problems both men and women's leagues in New Providence are scheduled to start in January 2007.

The winner of the league plays the Bahamas National Championship Final.
