New North Klang Straits Bypass E 30 is a new highway bypass in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. It is also act of North Klang Straits Bypass (Federal route 20) to avoid the massive accident area on this road.

Lebuhraya Shapadu Sdn Bhd (LSSB) (a member of the Shapadu Corporation Sdn Bhd) was awarded a highway concession by the government on 1 August 1995 to construct, maintain and operate New North Klang Straits Bypass (NNKSB) which is currently under construction. The total project cost including land acquisition is estimated to be RM 536 million. The expressway, with a paid-up capital of RM 20 million, is 17.5 km two-lane dual carriageway, linking Port Klang to Klang town and once completed will be a catalyst to the surrounding infrastructural development and development of the Port Klang. This highway will be equipped with the Traffic Surveillance System (TSS) and Rest and Service area in Kapar.
