For the LDS Church periodical, see Millennial Star.
The New Millennial Star was the official monthly publication of the Outer Space International Research and Investigations Society (OSIRIS) of Hilmar, California, from 1984 to 1996, with Ray Keller and Ballarion Stahr as editors. The publication was in a tabloid newspaper format, with a circulation of 7500. Topics covered included paranormal phenomena and various aspects of alleged extraterrestrial and interdimensional contact. It was the largest "contactee" journal of its time, with editorial contributions from Gabriel Green, Dr. Arthur Jones, Andy Reiss and others. In this regard, it differed sharply from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), which took a more hardline, "nuts and bolts" approach to ufology.
