New Method College is a secondary school located in Kowloon City, Hong Kong. Its' stated mission is "to recognize each student as an individual".[1] It is the fourth of schools under the same name, with the first one built in 1951 on Hong Kong Island. It was also the first school to participate in the Direct Subsidy Scheme.

Rather than being well-known for its academic records, the college is famous for is "sailor-style" school uniform for its female students. The uniform is thought to be seductive to many males. The uniform, together with the female students who wear it, are the most popular subjects for males' sexual fantasy. The skirt has been popularly traded on online auction sites (both new or worn). Over the years, female students of New Method College have long been the prime targets of public perverts who would take snap shots of the girls in public places like the train, buses, supermarket, elevators and department stores. In the worst case, "upskirt" videos or pictures showing the legs and panties of its female students have been flowing around the internet for many years and are still easily downloadable on various forums and p2p softwares.[citation needed]

The college has a small pool of notable alumni who made their names in areas like politics or entertainment industry. However, the school has announced to shut down in 2012, due to a chronic decrease in its enrollment.
