New Look is a chain of high street shops in Britain, popular at first with girls and women in the 12-24 age bracket but has recently diversified into men's clothing. In 2004 the company rebranded. London creative agency ODD developed a new brand expression 'The New Now' and developed the company's first ever advertising campaign, giving New Look a more upmarket image. The chain is notable for the short lead time inherent in its supply chain; it is estimated that clothing can go from drawing board to shop shelves in two weeks. The chain is known for its value-based approach to retailing and its core products are clothing, lingerie and shoes. The chain is the brainchild of Tom Singh who is one of Britain's wealthiest businessmen.
