[edit] History
The team was originally the Staten Island XTreme when they entered the league in 2004 going 3-11. The team was sold after the Staten Island season and became the NJ Xtreme to a new ownership group who then folded the team in 2005 after going 0-14. The new owner was Kevin Sisson. For the 2005 season, the team went 0-14 in the East Division, and finished with the worst record in the league. The head coach was Adam Terkel. The team ceased operations after the 2005 season, with less than 300 paying customers for the final home game.
