Route 143 is a state highway in New Jersey, United States. It is a short route in Winslow Township, running on Spring Garden Road between Cedarbrook Road and White Horse Pike (U.S. Route 30). The use of this route number reflects the former designation of the White Horse Pike as Route 43.

Route 143 begins at CR 561/Camden CR 726 in Winslow Township. Known as Spring Garden Road, it proceeds north. It crosses a pair of train tracks shortly before intersecting Woodland Drive. It then intersects Center Drive before intersecting Lake Drive and passing between several small sized lakes. It travels north, and intersects East Central Avenue. Route 43 reaches its end at US 30 in Winslow Township.[1]

Route 143 was numbered from Route 43, the number for Route 40 before the 1953 renumbering. To the north of the railroad crossing, it was rebuilt in 1955 as section 11E of Route 43. The road was numbered 143 in1989, and the part south of the railroad was taken over in 1989.[2]
