Route 129 is a state highway in New Jersey, United States. It is a short connector between South Lamberton Road in Hamilton Township and U.S. Route 1 in Trenton. It is a four-lane divided highway and serves as a more local avenue than the Route 29 freeway.

Route 129 begins at Lamberton Road in Hamilton Township. It proceeds north as it travels between several small lakes. It then intersects Route 29 known as Canal Boulevard. A four lane highway, it travels parallel to a pair of train tracks. It intersects County Route 650 before intersecting Landing Street. It proceeds north before intersecting Cass Street. At 0.56 miles, it intersects Route 206. It then intersects Hamilton Avenue before reaching its end at US 1 in Trenton.[1]

In 1961, today's Route 129 was a road north of Trenton from Scudders Falls Bridge over the Delaware River northeast to Scotch Road. In 1974, that road was renumbered I-95. Today's Route 129 was built along the old Delaware & Raritan Canal in Trenton as a connector from downtown Trenton to Route 29. It opened in 1993.[2]
