New Hampshire Route 33 is an 8.98 mile long east–west highway in the Seacoast Region of the U.S. state of New Hampshire. It is the main road connecting Stratham with Portsmouth. The eastern terminus of NH 33 is in Portsmouth at U.S. Route 1. The western terminus is in Stratham at New Hampshire Route 108.

The road from Stratham skirts the south side of Pease International Airport and runs into downtown Portsmouth. In Portsmouth the road is locally named Middle Road.

The entirety of NH 33 was once the easternmost section of New Hampshire Route 101 before it was re-routed along former New Hampshire Route 51 from NH 108 in Stratham to Hampton Beach.
