New Energy Tulcea Wind Farm

The New Energy Tulcea Wind Farm is an under construction wind power project in Tulcea County, Romania. It will have an 20 individual wind turbines[1] with a nominal output of around 1 MW which will deliver up to 20 MW of power, enough to power over 12,000 homes, with a capital investment required of approximately US$45 million. The project started in 2008 and is expected to be completed in 2010.
