The New Energy Dobrogea Wind Farm is an under construction wind power project in Constanţa County, Romania. It will have an 30 individual wind turbines[1] with a nominal output of around 1 MW which will deliver up to 30 MW of power, enough to power over 18,000 homes, with a capital investment required of approximately US$60 million. The project started in 2003 and is expected to be completed in 2009.
