New Day is a single released by Wyclef Jean and Bono, in aid of charity NetAid. Wyclef and Bono performed the song live at Giants Stadium, New Jersey, at the NetAid launch concert on October 9, 1999.
New Day entered the UK chart at #23, its highest chart position, and spent just two weeks on the chart. The song also charted in Finland and Switzerland.
The remix on the single release features contributions from Bumpy Knuckles, Marie Antoinette aka Free,former host of BET 106 & Park,DJ Red Alert, Reptile aka Rep Tilly-on and Small World.
