Route 109 is a highway in New Brunswick, Canada; running along the Tobique River from Route 105 in Perth-Andover to Route 108 in Plaster Rock, a distance of 35.9 kilometres.
The road follows the Tobique River's south bank from Perth-Andover to Arthurette, crosses the river, and follows the north bank to Plaster Rock.
From its original assignment in 1965 until the 1997 opening of the Route 108 Plaster Rock bypass, to which Route 109 is connected; the route followed the south bank entirely, while Route 390 followed the north bank. Route 109 also formerly extended along the Plaster Rock-Renous highway, although it was redesignated as part of Route 108 in 1976.
