The letter from the PanCanal.com webmaster is quoted as reading, "After consulting with the appropiate offices, we have no problem that you use the information from our Web site, as long as you indicate it as the source." However, the CopyrightedFreeUseProvidedThat template reads: "The copyright holder allows anyone to use it for any purpose, provided that PanCanal.com is indicated as the source." This appears to be too strong a statement to paraphrase this particular permission notice.
