1. it is the logo of a current film production company, based on one of a historically significant film studio;
2. it is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality);

5. its inclusion adds significantly to the article because it illustrates the new company's corporate identity and supports a discussion of how the revived production company has exploited its rights to the trademarks of the original RKO Pictures studio.
