If copyright still exists on this 70-year-old magazine, it will be held by DC Comics. Several scans of this cover are available on the Internet. Scanned for use in illustrating articles regarding this magazine, as well as topics related to DC Comics as this is an historically significant publication in the history of both comic books and the DC Comics company itself.
