This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (DCGeist) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low-resolution copy of a movie poster;
it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the film or poster in any way;
copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the artwork on another poster; and
the inclusion of the image adds significantly to the article because it illustrates one of the revived production company's best-known films and shows how the revived company has exploited its remake rights to the classic films of the original RKO studio, as discussed in the article.
