Rationale for Fair Use in the BUA article: (1) This logo is clearly not impinging on anyone's financial or other interests, but is serving to (a) illustrate the school and (b) promote the school, which is in the interest of the image owner. (2) People could just as easily and freely access this image online by going to the BUA website where I got it. (3) This logo is an important part of illustrating BUA. (4) I have brought my use of this logo to the attention of the BUA faculty (who hold the copyright), who do not object to its use. (5) This content is used reasonably and appropriately to illustrate the school.
