• I have created this small icon to indicate "NEW" files in the WikiPedia Projects.
• We are already using successfully a corresponding "NEU" icon the German WikiPedia, see http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spezial:Recentchanges - please have a look to the following screenshot:

• Only one tiny change in MediaWiki:newpageletter is needed to activate this icon, what I suggest, because it's very useful and an eyecatcher.

• This image [[Image:new.png]] should be protected.
• This idea was developed by me, User:Nyxos, Berlin/Germany, and I present it to all WikiPedia projects.
