[edit] Corrections to editions

I think that 66.108.155.212 was likely correct -- now that I think about it, I'm virtually positive that there was never a hardcover version of this book. I will therefore revert to 66.108.155.212's correction. --Kdring 04:26, 5 January 2007 (UTC)

Hmmm. I guess there's only a link to Paperback, with no distinction between mass-market and trade editions. Is that correct? --Kdring 04:29, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
